We had a misunderstanding but they did a great job in still accommodating and meeting me half way.

I am pleasantly delighted with my experience at this location. The entire staff of gentlemen were nothing but friendly, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a series of questions that they went out of their way to get me answers to. They 100% have earned my business.

I had such a great experience with Rocky and Chris at the Linder location. They were beyond helpful and wonderful to work with. I wasn't expecting them to be able to fix my tire but they found a way and did it within 24 hours when I thought I would have had to wait a week. I am so grateful for them and their friendly and prompt customer service. Would definitely recommend!

This place has had my back (and my tires) for years! As a single mama, car stuff makes me nervous—because let’s be real, I have no clue what I’m doing under the hood. But every single time, Commercial Tire has taken the best care of me and my ride to make it safe for my kiddos. And a special shoutout to Rocky Flores—his top-notch service and patience with my mild panic attacks have been a lifesaver. Thank you, Commercial Tire -Eagle Island, for years of 5-star service and peace of mind! You guys are the real MVPs!

The Commercial Tire crew is awesome! We brought in an older Audi Q5 we bought “as-is” to get a total check-up and fluid changes etc. They found a few minor issues and took care of those things and recommended other services for future. They completed everything in a timely manner. Upon check out, Rocky had all kinds of information to pass on and explained in detail what work was done and their findings. He’s super knowledgeable and very helpful. We’ll be back for future maintenance. Thanks again!

This review was not initially going to go this direction! I was frustrated, I was deeply concerned, and I was not really sure where to turn. I will get to the point… it’s been quite sometime, but there was some work performed at this store, on my wife’s vehicle. And it was not noticed, until having the vehicle serviced elsewhere. We both reached out initially to communicate this, with really poor communication on the stores part. This is where I dropped the ball, and allowed time to pass, without much pursuit. I reached out to other places on getting quotes to repair this problem. The quotes were not cheap! Fortunately, just the other day, I elected to make one more attempt with this Commercial Tire. Rocky picked up, we talked, and made an agreement to bring it in. I finally felt, this is progress. Long story short, he explained some things. Some things and personnel were different there now. He went ahead and took care of it for us! That was a big deal. As someone who works in a similar industry, I understand and sympathize. I’ve made mistakes, and god knows, I have fixed a ton of misdoings by other technicians. Parts and procedures don’t just happen and go together like legos. Things are often complicated, and we’re all human. And today a human answered the phone, and took care of a customer. I was ready to blast these people online, call corporate, and be that ‘wronged’ guy. And even though, you could say ‘they lost’ on my deal, they really didn’t. ‘They won’ a customer. Good job Rocky! We will be back!
