Commercial Tire Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 3, 2026

Commercial Tire (“Commercial Tire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at commercialtire.com, our stores, and other interactions with us, how we use and disclose it, and the choices you have. It is written for visitors and customers in the United States.

If you are a California resident, please see the Your California Privacy Rights section for rights and choices specific to you.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote, schedule service or an appointment, contact us, or complete a form on our site, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, mailing or service address, vehicle or equipment details, and the details of your request. If you apply for credit, employment, or a commercial account, we may collect the additional information those processes require.

Information we collect automatically. When you use our site, we automatically collect technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and the general location inferred from your IP address, such as city or region.

Payment information. If you make a payment, it is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Under California law, the categories of personal information we collect are: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and IP address); customer records (such as contact and service details); commercial information (such as products or services requested); internet or network activity (such as how you browse and interact with our site); approximate geolocation; and inferences drawn from the above.

Sources of information. We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through your use of our site, and from service providers and advertising partners that help us operate our site and promote our services.

Sensitive information. We may collect sensitive personal information, such as a government identifier or financial details, only when you apply for credit, employment, or a commercial account, and we use it solely to provide the service you requested. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your quote, appointment, service, and contact requests;
  • provide, operate, and improve our website and services;
  • communicate with you about your requests, orders, and our products and services;
  • measure and analyze site traffic and performance;
  • deliver and measure advertising, including retargeting;
  • maintain the security of our site and prevent fraud; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

If we send you marketing emails, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: essential site functionality, analytics, and advertising. For analytics we use Google Analytics. For advertising we use Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which help us show and measure ads. For a full list of the cookies we use and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy. You can also adjust your choices through the cookie banner and the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link described below.

How We Disclose Your Information

We disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers who perform work on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics, form and customer management, communications, and payment processing. These providers may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising partners, such as Google and Meta, in connection with online advertising. As explained below, this may be considered “sharing” under California law.
  • Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, respond to legal process, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of any person.
  • A successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising cookies and pixels that disclose certain identifiers and internet activity to advertising partners so we can show you relevant ads. Under California law, this type of disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising is treated as “sharing,” and you have the right to opt out, as described below.

Categories we disclose and share. In the past 12 months, we have disclosed identifiers, customer records, commercial information, and internet activity to service providers for business purposes, and we have shared identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not sold personal information for money.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the following rights:

  • The right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
  • The right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • The right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. We do not sell your information for money, but we do “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you may opt out.
  • The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require us to offer this option.
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Global Privacy Control. Our website recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. When we detect a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sharing of personal information for that browser.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Although we do not sell personal information for money, we do share certain information for online advertising. To opt out, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of our website, or enable Global Privacy Control in your browser.

Data Retention

We keep each category of personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. To decide how long, we use criteria that include the length of our relationship with you, the need to maintain business records, and our legal obligations. When the information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
