In 1968 Bob Schwenkfelder started Commercial Tire with a single location in Boise, ID that would grow to be one of the largest tire and service companies in the Northwest. This location became the 33rd location when it was opened in 2003. This 3-bay location is designed to help service all of your retail automotive service needs. Joe at the 17th St. store location has taken care of me very well. It has top-notch customer service. I have a 2015 F350 was having problems with steering components that was replaced by another shop two different times I went and visited with Joe and explained my situation and I was not happy with the current shop that did the work. He went above and beyond and out of his way, and took time out of his workday to research the manufacturer of the part and get me a new one and replaced it for me unfortunately, the world we live in a lot of parts are reman now the part also failed. He was immediately within an hour had a new part and installed it and got me back on the road Very thankful for the service. He provided another situation where Joe helped me out. I was currently in the mountains hunting and had to pick up broke down and had to have a trailer from town brought up to me, but before it could leave, it needed a tire replaced on it. It was late Saturday afternoon, and Joe assured me that he could get it done as long as I got the trailer to him once again, his service and his dedication to his customers is top-notch.
