In 1968 Bob Schwenkfelder started Commercial Tire with a single location in Boise, ID that would grow to be one of the largest tire and service companies in the Northwest. This location became the 38th location when it was opened in 2007. This 2-bay location is designed to help service all of your commercial service needs. Nearby businesses include Farm & Home Hardware and Sandoval Market — among others. We understand that the community supports us, so we like to support our community through various partnerships. Although the company has grown, the vision has remained the same — focus on working hard, meeting the wide-ranging needs of our customers, and employing people you can trust. Fabian was very helpful and they worked hard to get my vehicle done ASAP. WAY BETTER SERVICE THAN les scrappy service schwab. The manager on the other hand seams to treat the staff poorly. I don't stand for that if I see it again i will go get my tire needs else where.

To 3 hours while I was waiting there , they were not very busy. The tires were very dirty they could have wiped them down, brand new tires, Fabian was very pleasant, and he apologized how long it was taking.

I think the Commercial Tire warranty is amazing. 2 tires started separating at about 25k miles on 60k mile tires. They replaced all 4, no questions asked. My only complaint is their communication was pretty bad. My sales rep ordered the replacement tires. After dealing with red tape from the transfer store. My tires took 4 weeks to make it 4 hrs down the road to Hermiston from Idaho. Then, when the tires were installed. I was charged $189 for installation costs. It was never communicated to me that I'd be paying this fee. I spoke to the sale rep on 3 or 4 different occasions and it was never communicated to me. Not that I wouldn't pay the cost. But I had no knowledge so I could prepare financially for the install fee. I think they can do better.
