In 1968 Bob Schwenkfelder started Commercial Tire with a single location in Boise, ID that would grow to be one of the largest tire and service companies in the Northwest. This location became the 47th location when it was opened in 2016. This 6-bay location is designed to help service all of your retail automotive service needs. I heard that disturbing alarm on my car, telling me my tire was low. We go to Commercial Tire on Linder and Chinden. They have my car in the bay, on the hoist and tire is off within minutes. Yep! I've driven over another screw. They patch it and I'm back on the road almost within 15 min. They are so nice there.

I was shopping at Fred Meyer’s and had my twin almost 3years old Grandsons with me. When I came out of the store I heard a loud hissing noise and yes, my rear drivers tire was deflating! Thankfully the Commercial Tire store was right there in the same parking lot. With my two Grandsons in tow I went into the store as only had to wait a few minutes before I was able to be checked in . There was a kids room with toys which was a Godsend as the boys were fascinated with all of the tires on display and overly excited. It turned out I had a large bolt through the tire sidewall and my specific tire had to be ordered in and would not be in until the next day. Quickly the staff put on my spare tire and had me on the way. By noon the next morning my tire had been delivered and I stopped in. Within 10-15 mins I was on my way . The staff were very mindful when I had the kids with me . They were very professional and efficient. They made the mishap stress free. I highly recommend them.

Went in for a tire rotation and brake inspection. I was helped immediately coming through the door. The rotation was around 30 minutes (fast) and they went through the checklist with me, including the brakes. They didn’t push any extra services on me, however I asked for an emailed quote for both brakes and suspension replacement (over 100,000miles and never touched) and the sent the quote out within the hour.
