In 1968 Bob Schwenkfelder started Commercial Tire with a single location in Boise, ID that would grow to be one of the largest tire and service companies in the Northwest. This location became the 46th location when it was opened in 2016. This 3-bay location is designed to help service all of your commercial service needs. Nearby businesses include Red Horse Diner, Dairy Queen and Grocery Outlet — among others. We understand that the community supports us, so we like to support our community through various partnerships. Although the company has grown, the vision has remained the same — focus on working hard, meeting the wide-ranging needs of our customers, and employing people you can trust. My daughter and I were on our way from Bothell, WA to Glacier National Park in Montana at at 8 AM Friday morning we knew we had a tire problem while driving on the 90 near Ellensburg. The only place open was this Commercial Tire store. They took us right in and fixed my tire which had a nail in it less than 30 minutes. When I gladly went to pay they said “no charge, we won’t charge you for a tire repair”. Wow. Customer Service!! Something foreign now but not with these guys!! I highly recommend. Keep up the good work guys.

We were embarking on our Journey from Wilkeson, WA to Republic, WA. 2 trucks/ campers and 2 trailers hauling jeeps. We didn't even get off Hwy 18 and we blew a trailer tire. No biggie, swap it out and get back on the road. Not even 20 minutes later, going up Snoqualmie, another one goes. Last spare got put on. We knew going 250 more miles into a remote area was not a great idea. We were able to get a hold of David at Commercial tire. He first asked if we were ok, and offered to come to us. We let him know that we didn't need that (thankfully) and that we were rolling again. He said we could meet him at the shop in Ellensburg and he would change them out. According to the GPS, we would be there well beyond closing time. He said he lived close by and would meet us there. He did just that. We got there, the doors were open, I was barely out of the passenger seat before he had both tires off the trailer walking them into the shop. Within 20 minutes the tires were swapped out. He had asked where we were headed and took the extra few minutes to check the PSI on all of the trailer tires to ensure we were safe for the rest of our trip. David went above and beyond, especially on an evening before a holiday. We can't thank him enough for his kindness and quickness, getting us back on the road. You're a Rockstar David!

Dot chain law posted up over Snoqualmie pass. ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY. Washington State DOT needs to get a clue.
Chewed up four out of five chains and put cross links into the tires of two.
Commercial tire had me in and out in under an hour for a reasonable price.

Lost all the tread on one of my trailer tires just after I passed Ellensburg, limped to thorp. From calling the shop to being back on the road with 2 new trailer tires was an hour and a half. Fantastic service and efficiency
