1968 Bob Schwenkfelder started Commercial Tire with a single location in Boise, ID that would grow to be one of the largest tire and service companies in the Northwest. This location became the 27th location when it was opened in 1998. This 5-bay location is designed to help service all of your retail and commercial service needs. I love Commercial Tire in Lewiston! They give great service, and they will order you anything you need or want for your vehicle, and deliver it fast. These people are generally friendly and helpful, with no nonsense. I’ve ordered 3 sets of tires through them now, and I regularly have my tires rotated & swapped out for the season at Commercial Tire in Lewiston.

One time I visited in 2022, there was a little service mishap, but the good folks there really went out of their way to make it right for me. And they turned me into a repeat customer in doing so!

There is an Apple TV, several comfy chairs, and a water cooler in the waiting area, along with set of good clean bathrooms. Not a big place, but they get the job done better than any other tire shop in the area.

(Note: I have a car that only one or two types of tires fit on, so making sure I get the right tires is key. I’ve never had a single problem at Commercial Tire!)
